Maple Bacon Cashews with Rosemary

At Frichette, our cheese plates come with a little something extra: our crazy cashews! They're a guest favorite, and we are often asked for the recipe. While we like to keep our secret recipe close, we couldn’t resist sharing another crowd-pleaser with you: Maple Bacon & Rosemary Cashews. These simple and mouthwatering cashews are perfect for the holidays. We hope you’ll whip up a batch at home and share them with your guests over a fabulous glass of Frichette wine. 



Maple Bacon Cashews with Rosemary

Ingredients:

2 cups salted cashews

3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp butter, melted

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp rosemary chopped


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, maple syrup, smoked paprika, pepper, and salt.

  3. Toss cashews in the mixture and spread on a lined baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and toss with crumbled bacon. Add chopped rosemary. Cool slightly before serving.
